Common Challenges faced by Mother to an Autism Child

Being a mother to a child with autism can come with unique challenges that can be difficult to navigate. 

My son is a child with severe autism and I have been facing various of challenges that not all mothers have been though. 

Difficulty in communication: My son is non-verbal and has difficulty in communication. It is hard him to express their feelings or understand others. Thus, it can be challenging to understand his needs.

Behavioral issues: Noah has been displaying challenging behaviors. Managing these behaviors is overwhelming and require a lot of patience and understanding.

Specialized care and therapy: Child lives with severe autism requires specialized care and therapy, Managing and providing ongoing support are time-consuming and stressful. 

Social isolation: Caring for a Noah is sometimes very isolating. I often find it challenging to connect with other parents or find social activities that Noah can participate in.

Financial burden: The cost of specialized care, therapy, and education for Noah is high and really put a strain our finances.

Emotional strain: Noah often experience higher levels of stress, anxiety, and depression. Coping with the daily challenges of parenting a child with autism can be emotionally exhausting.

Often we longing for the needs of  understanding, patience, and support various parties.
